Middle School Student Teams Score at the 2008 Mathematics Field Day Competition!

During the recent 2008 Mathematics Field Day Competition, hosted by the Los Angeles County Office of Education on Saturday, June 7th, 7th Grade students at International Learning Studies and 8th Grade students at South East Middle school won the Silver Medal for problem solving. Student from both South East Middle School and International Learning Studies scored Bronze Medals for individual performance. This is a testament to the magnificient work of students and teachers who represented Local District 6 well among the many competing schools throughout Los Angeles County. Congratulations to all of you!
